                               RESOLUTION NO. 20593
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF THE
                  CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING AND GEOLOGIC SERVICES
                  RELATIVE TO POTENTIAL LANDFILL SITES AT THE
                  VOLUNTEER ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT TO
                  CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES, INC. FOR AN AMOUNT
                  NOT TO EXCEED THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS
                  ($33,000.00).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby awarded the
       Contract for engineering and geologic services relative to
       potential landfill sites at the Volunteer Army Ammunition Plant 
to
       Consolidated Technologies, Inc. for an amount not to exceed
       $33,000.00.
